Job Summary
Manage hotel construction projects with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ensuring completion across at least 3 properties. Oversee safety protocols and Fixed, Furnishings, and Equipment (FF&E) standards while coordinating travel throughout California on a one-project-at-a-time basis. Maintain a stable job history without recent job hopping. This urgent position offers a $5K sign-on/relocation package and includes 401K, PTO, healthcare, and vision/dental benefits for candidates open to relocating to San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of construction on hotels
- Completed at least 3 properties
- Familiar with hotel safety and FF&E
- Okay with California travel
- Stable job history (no job hopping)
