Job Summary
Internship in hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant/Room Service, Banquets, Kitchen/Culinary, Engineering. Three-month summer program (May–August) for college students in Hospitality or Business majors; selection based on demonstrated commitment to hospitality, academic/extracurricular achievement, and fit with Crestline/Courtyard Virginia Beach. Interns will meet regularly with department heads, complete departmental training, and participate in all required meetings and hotel-training activities. Responsibilities include hands-on experience in an operational department for a hotel environment, with opportunities to develop skills in guest service, teamwork, and hospitality operations. Must have GPA 3.0 or higher, strong communication/interpersonal skills, a service-minded attitude, and be able to provide own housing in the internship city.
Required Qualifications
