Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for hotel sourcing, rate negotiation, and availability for pre- and post-cruise programs. Coordinate logistics for ground transfers and guest accommodations to ensure seamless alignment with cruise itineraries. Collaborate with suppliers, destination partners, and internal teams to uphold service excellence across all land-based guest experiences. Support pricing analysis and contract execution to maintain competitive hotel offerings. This role enhances the overall cruise journey within the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's Travel Services team, supporting both guest experience and business drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of travel planning, travel industry, and/or Cruise industry
- Native English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizing skills and accuracy when working with details under time pressure
- Positive team-player attitude

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or cruise industry operations, preferably within hotel contracting, travel coordination, or land programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a passion for luxury service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global partners and stakeholders
- BSc/BA in travel, hospitality, or equivalent working experience
