Job Summary
Hotel Sourcing Specialist responsible for contracting new hotels and achieving monthly targets for hotel signings and savings percentages. Responsibilities include outbound sales calls to hotel management across North America and Canada, researching hotel pricing and eligibility requirements, negotiating discounted rates with hotel owners and managers, explaining contract terms, and selling Corpay Lodging hotel services including optional programs and payment information. Role requires collaboration with the Manager and VP leadership, with an assigned workspace in the Wichita, KS office, company equipment, and formal training. Key skills include sales and customer service experience, hospitality industry exposure, proficient use of Excel/Word/Outlook, excellent communication, organization, multi-tasking, coachability, and ability to meet quotas.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales and customer service
- Some Hotel or Hospitality Industry experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
- Self-starter, self-motivated, ready to meet quotas and deadlines weekly
- Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and support team-based goals
- Must be Coachable. Able to identify problems and adapt to new processes
