Job Summary
Greets guests professionally, unloads and delivers luggage, and acts as a runner for the Front Office. Drives hotel shuttles, vans, and limousines while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting issues. Supplies guests with travel information, arranges taxi services, and secures packages and meeting supplies. Computes charges for guest laundry and communicates costs to the front desk. Maintains property and perimeter cleanliness, performs safety inspections, and adheres to Six Flags safety and conduct guidelines. Works nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 Mos - 1 Year Related Experience
- At Least 18 Years of Age
- Class B California Driver's License
- Able to meet scheduling and availability policies and requirements
- At least one year's experience in a guest oriented position
- Able to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
- Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
