Job Summary
Transport hotel guests safely and courteously as a Shuttle Driver for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Jacksonville Airport. Responsibilities include driving the shuttle van, maintaining the vehicle (washing windows, refueling, trash removal), verifying guest names and lengths of stay, obeying traffic laws, reporting incidents honestly, serving as the first point of contact with guests, maintaining a quiet cabin (no gum, food, drink, or smoking), keeping radio volume low, ensuring seatbelt use, and adhering to the rule that the shuttle is not for personal use. Key competencies include strong verbal and written communication, dependability, and customer focus. Physical duties include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Expected hours are variable and include nights and weekends. E-Verify participation is acknowledged; nondiscrimination policy applies to hiring practices.
