Job Summary
Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner while driving them to and from requested destinations. Assist guests with luggage and respond to inquiries or requests, resolving issues promptly to ensure outstanding service. Maintain a proactive, responsive, and caring demeanor as the first point of contact for guests during their hospitality experience. This role requires a valid state driver's license, successful DMV report clearance, and adherence to company guidelines regarding moving violations. Full-time associates earn between $14.00 and $16.80 per hour and are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
- Must successfully pass a Department of Motor Vehicles report
- Must adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift luggage
- Must be able to greet guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Must be able to respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Must be able to engage with others
- Must have a winning personality
- Must have a high sense of responsibility
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
