Job Summary
The Hotel Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing courteous and professional transportation services to guests, including loading and unloading luggage, promoting hotel services and local attractions, and ensuring the safe operation of hotel vehicles. The role requires effective communication, adherence to safety protocols, and organization of luggage in designated areas. Duties include daily maintenance of vehicles, completion of transportation logs, and assisting bell staff with guest services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state driver license
- Ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission vehicle
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service or hospitality (1+ years preferred)
