Job Summary
Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, assist with luggage upon arrival and departure, and escort guests to their rooms while explaining amenities. Safely operate the hotel shuttle for scheduled and on-demand transportation, load and unload guest luggage, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Deliver guest requests, packages, and amenities to rooms, assist with accessibility needs, and support the Front Office team by answering phones. Maintain a clean hotel entrance, lobby, and porte cochere while following all safety and operational standards. Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience required; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Located in downtown Milwaukee, this role offers opportunities for growth within Hyatt's globally recognized hospitality brand.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to safely operate a passenger shuttle van
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport guest luggage throughout the shift
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or transportation experience is a plus
- Minimum one year of driving experience preferred
