Job Summary
Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork responsibly. Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity while labeling keys and recording vehicle details. Check the lot regularly to report unsafe or suspicious activity, enforce parking policies, and keep the area clean and presentable. Assist guests with questions and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude while using radios to stay in contact with the team. Arrive on time, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and high school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Clean, professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain alert to moving vehicles and changing weather conditions
