Job Summary
Conduct night shift parking lot audits from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM by counting vehicles, verifying tickets, and ensuring cars are parked correctly. Monitor car activity, inspect safety equipment like lights and cameras, and maintain lot cleanliness by removing trash and checking signage. Assist guests with directions and answer questions while reporting any safety issues, rule violations, or record discrepancies immediately. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, maintaining a professional demeanor and reliable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Must pass a background check
- Must show up on time
- Must follow company rules
- Must behave professionally while working
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be available to work outside in different weather conditions
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be available to work holidays
- Must stay alert
- Must report safety problems
- Must not put themselves in danger
- Must be able to use a personal cell phone for work communication
- Must work 90% of scheduled shifts
