Hotel Security Supervisor - Graveyard

Job Summary
Oversee security operations during the graveyard shift with a strong guest-facing, service-oriented presence. Responsibilities include supervising security staff, maintaining a visible presence in guest and Sunlight retail areas, enforcing policies, responding to incidents and emergencies, monitoring retail spaces for safety and loss prevention, developing asset-protection strategies, and coordinating with management. Include coordinating drug testing for reasonable suspicion and post-accident incidents, responding to fire alarms, completing incident reports, and maintaining shift documentation. CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is required. Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior security experience
- supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient using a computer and the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of security and crisis management–related laws and regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or other guest-facing environments preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently; strong presentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
