Hotel - Sales Director

Job Summary
Lead hotel sales and revenue management efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue. Develop and implement annual business and market plans; coach sales and marketing teams; drive client engagement through meetings, events, and industry networking; coordinate cross-selling and marketing initiatives for profitability; negotiate contracts and ensure cross-department communication; prepare performance reports and analyze market trends to refine strategies. Oversee revenue generation through major distribution channels and catering sales, and manage sales systems to boost team connectivity. Generate and develop leads from group event planners, lead persuasive sales presentations, and organize sales meetings to drive targets and identify new opportunities. Hybrid role with travel required; based at Holiday Inn & Suites in Springfield, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Hybrid role with 60% travel
