Hotel Room Attendant - Summer 2026

Room Attendants provide an outstanding guest experience by cleaning hotel rooms and common spaces to high standards, including dusting, making beds, removing soiled linens/garbage, replenishing towels and amenities, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking glassware. They assist guests by answering questions about the resort and services, work alongside Room Checkers and Housepersons under supervision, and perform health and safety-compliant tasks with timely administrative reporting when needed. The role requires effective English communication, teamwork, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and the physical ability to lift heavy items and operate in a high-altitude hotel environment at Sunshine Village in Banff, AB. Training and support are provided to coworkers, with adherence to the Sunshine Village Employee Handbook and Alberta Employment Standards Code.
