Job Summary
Clean rooms and suites as assigned by supervisor, ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to the supervisor. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests. Work typical shifts including weekends and holidays when required, with hours ranging from 8am to 4pm.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
