Job Summary
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, take food orders, and ensure timely delivery. Plate food according to hotel standards, maintain a clean and well-stocked bar and dining area, and follow all safety and sanitary procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions. Requires ABC license, 1 year of service experience, and availability for 4pm-11pm shifts including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or food server
- Have or be able to attain an ABC License to serve alcohol
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of basic beverage mixing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays ad needed
