Job Summary
Supervise, train, and manage activities in the Northern Quest Resort and Casino Reservation Center. Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies, oversee PBX Operators and Reservations Agents, monitor hotel reservation activity, prepare reports, conduct interviews, and ensure customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft programs and excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, managing schedules, and ensuring high standards of guest service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year reservation experience with a hotel, casino, rent-a-car, airline, cruise ship, or travel agent
- Knowledgeable of all gaming amenities and terminology
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License
- Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Prior training and supervisory experience
- Experience in a 300 room four star/four diamond hotel
- Direct experience in an organizational development role
Additional Requirements
- Indian preference in hiring
- Must pass drug testing
- Background investigation required
