Job Summary
Support the Sales team by resolving customer issues, handling escalations, and ensuring accurate sales verification. Follow up on cases until resolution while delivering professional, high-quality customer service and creating a seamless experience. Provide timely, accurate support while adhering to SOPs. This role requires proficiency in English and Mandarin, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and hotel reservation experience. The position involves a rotational 24/7 shift at G Tower in Malaysia. Required Qualifications
