Job Summary
Support the sales team by resolving customer issues, handling escalations, and ensuring accurate sales verification. This rotational 24/7 shift is based at G Tower, Malaysia. Candidates must be proficient in English and Mandarin, hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and possess required hotel/reservation experience. Required Qualifications
