Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Foreman or Superintendent
- Superintendent
- Multi-Family, Hotel or Senior Living experience (Commercial acceptable)
- Strong understanding of building systems
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Self-motivated
