Job Summary
Regional Director of Sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels, operating remotely during client business hours with travel for in-market visits 2-4 times per year. Lead outbound and proactive sales, activate new accounts, manage a Salesforce CRM pipeline, drive revenue targets, report progress via MS Teams, and collaborate with POD to expand market share. Requires hotel industry sales experience, remote-work capability, strong communication, and ability to travel for in-market visits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel
- 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred
- Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members
- General hotel operations knowledge
- Proven experience using a CRM system to manage sales pipeline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to work remotely from home-office for extended periods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Collaborative team player with goal-oriented attitude
- Residence in Canada or USA (remote eligibility)
