Job Summary
Regional Director of Sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels across Canada and/or the USA. The role is home-based (remote) during client hours with travel for in-market visits (2-4 per year). Responsibilities include strategic outbound sales, developing a sales-focused culture with General Managers and Front Desk staff, driving ROI and revenue milestones, activating new accounts, managing a Salesforce CRM pipeline, supporting the Dynamic Sales Solution with the POD, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining strong relationships with hotel owners and teams. Requires ability to work remotely from a home office, travel for in-market visits, and demonstrated hotel sales expertise; strong collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments
- 2 years in a dual or area hotel sales role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel for in-market visits (2-4 per year)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
