Job Summary
Process guest check-ins and check-outs, address guest requests, complete operational reports, and share local area highlights to ensure a memorable stay. Move throughout the space to handle transactions, perform housekeeping tasks, and maintain guest satisfaction. Uphold safety policies, confidentiality, and quality standards while maintaining professional appearance and communications. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects under 10 pounds as needed. Earn £13.10 per hour with complimentary meals and 20 days of holiday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
- Must be able to move about the space
- Must be able to take a hands-on approach to work
