Job Summary
Conduct front-of-house guest interactions from arrival to check-out, managing check-ins, answering calls, and preparing bills. Allocate rooms and coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest experience. Maintain high attention to detail in IT tasks and room assignments while delivering warm customer service in a fast-paced environment. Work 37.5 hours per week, five out of seven days, in a remote location without public transport access.
