Hotel Receiving Team Supervisor, Luxury Island Resort - Hiring Bonus, Housing

Coordinate the unloading, inspection, and processing of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality while managing the movement of all items between the island and shore. Supervise, train, and schedule receiving personnel, overseeing their performance and development. Assist departments with maintaining accurate inventory records and update systems for received goods. Ensure all shipping and receiving operations comply with safety policies and procedures. Identify and implement processes to increase efficiency and productivity in receiving. Transport items by barge between shore and island, requiring proficiency in computer systems and the ability to lift heavy materials in all weather conditions. This role offers a starting rate of $30 with final compensation determined by experience, alongside health benefits, PTO, and matching 401K.
