Hotel Porter

Welcome guests in the lobby with warmth and create an atmosphere of conviviality; be present and visible in the lobby as the go-to person for guests; assist with transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property, including parking and retrieving guest cars; hold a New Zealand Driver License; able to work on a rotating roster over 7 days including weekends and public holidays; demonstrate passion for service, exceptional grooming, and clear communication; work in a fast-paced environment; physically able to lift at least 30kg; possess the right to work in New Zealand; role is with Pullman Auckland as Welcome Porter, contributing to the Heartist culture and guest experience.
