Job Summary
Collect and reconcile revenue accurately while providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Greet guests immediately using their last names, assist with directions and facility inquiries, and process payments via cash, credit, or direct billing. Operate registers, gates, and credit card machines, complete shift reports, and categorize tickets for audit purposes. Work Monday through Friday or Friday through Sunday shifts ranging from 7:00am to 11:00pm. This role supports Towne Park's mission to create smiles by delivering exceptional experiences to millions of guests annually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three month(s) related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to read and write standard English language
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday or Friday - Sunday availability
- Shift times can range from 7:00am - 3:00pm | 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Travel of up to 5% may be required
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift
- Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather
