Hotel Overnight Auditor

Conduct the night audit, reset the operating system, and send daily financial reports to property and corporate teams. Greet guests in person and by phone, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and handle both cash and credit transactions. Monitor reservations to ensure rooms are prepared, assist with guest requests, and actively listen to resolve complaints. Perform light cleaning duties as needed and answer guest questions while maintaining property cleanliness. This overnight shift runs from 11 PM to 7 AM with weekends required.
