Job Summary
Oversee daily hotel operations and lead hotel staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Chamonix Casino Hotel. Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance management, and ensuring world-class guest service. Collaborate with various departments to meet guest needs, manage departmental staffing, and maintain compliance with gaming regulations. Requires at least three years of hotel management experience and one year in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3)+ years of hotel or front desk management experience required.
- One (1)+ year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a valid State of Colorado Gaming License.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of success in fast-paced hospitality environments.
