Job Summary
Hotel Operations Manager responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations across Front Desk, Reservations, Transportation, and Bell Services; lead and develop staff; ensure world-class guest service and adherence to standards; collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest needs and maintain seamless property experiences; engage with guests to provide personalized service; manage scheduling, timecards, and staffing; participate in management meetings to set goals and communicate expectations; ensure compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act and internal policies; hands-on support across departments as needed to ensure smooth operations; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; require flexibility for weekends/holidays/overnights if needed; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- Three (3)+ years of hotel or front desk management experience
- One (1)+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Must hold or be able to obtain a valid State of Colorado Gaming License
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts, including overnights if required
