Job Summary
Lead and support front desk operations under the Senior Hotel Operations Manager at Bellagio, partnering with hotel leadership to guide and support the Front Desk team while driving operational excellence. Responsibilities include implementing policies, procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, and regulations; providing leadership to maintain and improve guest experiences in line with service standards; coaching and developing front desk staff; participating in interviewing, selection, training, supervision, coaching, and counseling to support efficient department operations. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service and interpersonal skills and experience managing teams, including familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and AAA/Forbes knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in the direction and management of employees in a hotel environment
