Job Summary
Review and edit contract documents for accuracy and quality. Conduct data validation audits to ensure data accuracy in internal systems. Establish collaborative working relationships with contract owners to ensure all contract information is accurately represented. Take on additional projects to support the contracting workflow with over 850+ hotel partners. Generate reports and analyze rate and performance metrics to support partner negotiations. Requires proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and strong written and verbal communication skills. On-site in Berkeley, CA, with four days in-office and one work-from-home day weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable navigating and mastering new systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly within Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- 4 days in-office, 1 day work from home (Wednesdays)
