Job Summary
Welcome late-arriving guests, complete the nightly audit and front desk responsibilities, and maintain a quiet, safe, and secure environment throughout the hotel. Respond professionally to guest needs and unexpected situations, monitor the property to address disruptive behavior, and complete laundry and linen preparation for the following day. Organize supplies, prepare the hotel for the morning shift, assist with light housekeeping and public area cleaning, and leave the property better prepared than you found it. Weekend and holiday availability required for full-time and part-time positions. At The Amaya, the overnight team protects the peace and order of the hotel while guests rest, ensuring they wake up to a clean, organized, and calm experience.
