Job Summary
Night Reception Supervisor responsible for managing the front desk, supervising shift processes, handling guest arrivals/departures, training and coaching the front desk team, addressing guest requests, ensuring accurate billing and rates per selling strategy, ensuring telephone responsiveness, recognizing loyalty accounts, reporting maintenance, maintaining the integrity of public areas and back-of-house spaces, collaborating with other hotel teams and outsourced partners, and taking on duties in the absence of the Night Manager. Requires experience with Micros Fidelio Opera and a professional, upbeat hospitality mindset; ability to lead and manage a team, provide exceptional guest experiences, and participate in crisis and fire teams.
