Hotel Night Auditor - Weekends

Job Summary
The Night Auditor role is the overnight guest-facing position on weekends, responsible for greeting guests, completing check-in/check-out in the Property Management System, handling cash and payments, answering guest questions about hotel services, taking reservations, updating/canceling bookings, organizing prior shift paperwork, balancing room accounts, and preparing guest folios for express checkout. Requires experience in customer service within a hotel setting; familiarity with property management systems, Word and Excel; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Schedule is overnight on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 PM to 7 AM with shift differential bonuses; on-site at the Lincoln, RI Courtyard by Marriott managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
- Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred
- Marriott experience is a plus
