Hotel Night Auditor

Hotel Night Auditor at Hampton Inn & Suites Glendale Westgate. This role requires performing nightly balancing duties, posting and reporting on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash/credit operations, and ensuring accuracy of financial records. You will greet guests, provide high levels of service, handle guest requests and complaints, manage check-ins/check-outs, process payments, and maintain cash drawers while following safety procedures. Shift availability includes 5 overnight shifts per week (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. or 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.), including weekends. Candidates should have at least 1 year of hotel night audit or front desk experience and possess strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional guest service and accurate nightly reporting.
