Job Summary
Conduct nightly audits, balance, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Greet guests warmly, handle service requests and complaints, and manage check-ins, check-outs, and payments while maintaining cash drawers and operating office equipment. Ensure guest and property safety by following all security and emergency procedures. Work overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am, five days a week including Fridays and Saturdays. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 11pm-7am 5 days a week including Fridays and Saturdays
- All shifts are overnight shifts
- Ability to work overnight from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
- Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
- Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve
