Job Summary
Provides hotel customer service as Night Auditor, performing duties such as greeting guests, registering and issuing room keys, setting wake-up calls, handling nightly balances and reports, ensuring security and guest safety, posting charges and deposits, managing reservations and communications with departments, and maintaining lobby and front desk organization. Requires following MOD procedures, cash handling per policy, and adhering to night-audit procedures and safety protocols; role may include additional shifts based on occupancy and hotel needs.
