Job Summary
Provides hotel customer service to guests during the night shift, including greeting and registering guests, issuing room keys, setting wake-up calls, and balancing nightly accounts. Acts as hotel manager on duty following MOD procedures, prints and reviews night audit reports, maintains guest safety and security procedures, processes reservations and payments, communicates guest requests and issues to relevant departments, assists with check-out and housekeeping coordination, handles phone calls and inquiries, and maintains lobby cleanliness and organization. Requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a night shift.
