Seeking a courteous and intelligent Hotel Night Auditor responsible for guest check-ins/outs, issue resolution, audit processes, and ensuring a quiet environment during night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a hands-on customer service role, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to work with very limited supervision
- Ability to stay awake and maintain focus for long periods of inactivity
