Job Summary
Reconcile credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, and cash drawer activity through thorough audits. Process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and all payment types while managing guest inquiries and special requests. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness. Investigate guest complaints and report suspicious activity to the General Manager and law enforcement. Greet guests, vendors, and visitors professionally, share hotel amenities, and follow brand standards. Available to cover varying shifts as a floating position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
