Hotel Night Auditor

Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process. Process guest check-ins and check-outs, make reservations, and handle various payment types including cash, checks, and cards. Respond to inquiries, delegate housekeeping and service requests, and investigate guest complaints in a friendly manner. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and report suspicious activity to management. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general managers and department heads. Available to work flexible shifts as a floating position.
