Job Summary
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, manage multi-line phone systems, and respond to inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using Fosse or Power of M software to ensure billing and reservation accuracy, while monitoring CCTV surveillance and performing safety inspections. Prepare detailed shift reports and financial summaries to facilitate communication between day and night staff, and handle guest requests such as room changes or amenity troubleshooting. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards throughout overnight hours. Availability to work overnight shifts is required, with previous experience in this shift preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as Fosse and Power of M or similar platforms
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Availability to work overnight shifts
