Hotel Manager

Direct, coordinate, and supervise daily activities across Hotel Reception, Housekeeping, RV Park management, and Valet services. Maintain high standards of property cleanliness, room condition, and guest service standard operating procedures. Work with the Regional Hotel Manager to establish operational budgets, labor forecasts, and inventory controls. Hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate, and discipline team members across all managed departments while fostering a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused work culture emphasizing high service standards and safety protocols. Ensure an exceptional guest experience that aligns with resort and casino standards, maximizing room yield and occupancy. Full-time position at Wild Rose Casino & Hotel.
