Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations of all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Administration); ensure smooth operations and adherence to Hilton brand standards; conduct property inspections for cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and service excellence; drive guest satisfaction and loyalty; lead, motivate, and develop department leaders; establish performance goals and accountability standards; manage departmental budgets, monitor revenue, labor costs, and expenses; analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement; collaborate with Sales and Marketing to increase occupancy and market share; build relationships with vendors and community partners; ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements; role emphasizes leadership in hospitality operations, financial stewardship, and guest experience improvement; Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of management experience preferred, bilingual skills a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hotel management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Proven leadership, team-building, and employee development skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Experience with Hilton systems and brand standards preferred
