Job Summary
Hotel Manager needed to oversee daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing front desk and housekeeping staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out, budgeting and inventory control, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, conducting weekly room inspections, coordinating with maintenance, and leading daily stand-up meetings. Requires supervisory experience in hotel/guest services, strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills, and proficiency with property management systems. relocation is required; position is in-person at Round Rock, TX with a salary of 50k–55k.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years' experience in hotel front office/housekeeping/guest services role, with two years minimum in supervisory role is required.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
- Ability to input and access information in the property management system.
