Hotel Manager, The Ritz-Carlton Oahu, Turtle Bay

Directs property-wide hotel operations as a strategic business leader, overseeing Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, Security/Loss Prevention, Engineering/Maintenance, Food and Beverage/Culinary and Event Management where applicable. Partners with Executive Committee and department heads to develop and implement operations strategy, ensure brand service standards, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize financial performance. Leads profitability planning, budgeting, and capital expenditure prioritization while maintaining employee satisfaction. Develops and implements property-wide strategies aligned with brand goals, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and provides ROI. Responsibilities include managing profitability, leading operations teams, and overseeing human resources activities to foster service excellence and strong leadership across the property.
