Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of Adina Sydney Darling Harbour, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and compliance with brand and safety standards. Drive commercial performance by delivering revenue, profitability, and Net RevPAR targets through effective budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning. Inspire, coach, and develop leaders while building strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the local community. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and resolve critical incidents to enhance productivity and business results. Reporting to the Area Hotel General Manager, you will balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to achieve financial, operational, and people objectives. This role is critical as the hotel reopens following a full refurbishment, requiring proven experience leading full-service operations through major projects.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in hotel leadership roles
- Proven track record leading full-service hotel operations through major refurbishment or reopening projects
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Excellent people leadership and talent development skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and owner relationships
- Strong understanding of revenue management and market performance metrics
- Ability to lead confidently through change and complex situations
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Current RSA Certificate
- Current Provide First Aid certification (or equivalent)
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
