Drive property operations as the strategic business leader, managing Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering departments while acting as General Manager in your absence. Develop and execute operations strategies aligned with brand service goals to maximize financial performance and meet target customer needs. Review financial reports, manage departmental budgets, and coach direct reports on occupancy rates, wages, and controllable expenses to maintain profit margins. Conduct regular tours of the building to assess guest and employee needs, observe service behaviors, and provide feedback. Lead the hiring of operations management team members, conduct annual performance appraisals, and foster an environment of fairness and commitment through daily stand-up meetings and an open-door policy.
