Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations with leadership experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- Proficiency in reservation and property management systems (PMS)
- Strong multitasking and ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Masterful written and spoken communication
- Flexible rotating schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays
